Your body is the representative of your Spirit; 
You are the physical manifestation of your Spirit. It looks like
you now and will continue after death until your next transformation. 

Include your Spirit in the self-love equation to have the opportunity to
mirror how you feel about everyone. Tall, short, fat, skinny, horrid,
 beautiful, female, male body types, skin color and personality
may all reveal themselves as love. 

Your body, Spirit and birth-name all vibrate at the same frequency. 
               1. Let go of unwanted thoughts and interconnected emotions.
                      2. Transform human consciousness through meditation.
                        3. Open expand your heart and put on a happy face.

                        Love outside of you is only sustainable when you are.
